5 Months After Surgery and Still pain, Why?

I am 21 yrs old, I had tubes put in my ears because I had so much pressure built up behind my ear drum and a 40% hearing loss in both ears. I would go to a different Dr if i could but my insurance is rarely accepted by Drs, so I am stuck with him and he is a quack! 5 months ago I had the tubes inserted, my left ear I have constant pain 24/7 still that gives me migraines and I cant take the pain anymore! I still have pressure if I burp and i still hear crackling and whooshing sound! Why? 5 months after surgery it shouldnt still be like this! I dont understand what is going on, my Dr cant give me an answer!Please Help I am desperate!
