Please help us we are in a lot of trouble.?

We rented out space to tenants in a school building that we took care of in Detroit, right across the street from the old Packard car plant.. The tenants happened to have illegal drugs in their area. We are being charged with what they had. Because my fiance signed off as an agent on the lease, we are not the owner of the building though, we are just the caretakers. This is a 37,000 square foot building, everything that they were doing down there was locked off and concealed. Before they even signed the agreement we made them secure there own area for the sake that no one could say there property was stolen, we also had other tenants as well and made sure they did the same thing. Now when the cops raided the building on an anonymous drug tip, my fiance let them in without a warrant and made several statements to them, because he didn't think there was any problem. Big surprise for him! They could not find any evidence on the men who did it, but they knew who the men were they just didn't have probably linking cause to charge them or even bring them in for questioning, except for the lease agreement. The day the raid happened my fiance was taking out the gutter using a shotgun, he thought they initially came there to get him in trouble for shooting off in the city limits. The reason he did that was to blow the gutter off the building it is 100 years old, it leaks and was causing major damage. We couldn't afford a lift, and we couldn't get close enough to it to just knock it off. The shotgun had Double Odd Buckshot in it, big deal, hunting game, do you know how many gun shots go off in Detroit? We lived there, almost every five minutes you hear one. I believe this is a vast conspiracy against my fiance because without him shooting off the gun or making the statements, they would have never of had a case. I can show you all proof and doents, and even all the evidence they have on him. I need 1,000 to retain a lawyer. The rest we can put on a payment plan and the rest of the bond money he will claim for his whole retainer fee after trail is over and sentencing comes.
