I feel as though my job is forcing me to be vaccinated against the H1N1 virus!!!?

I work as a phlebotomist at a blood center. We have been offered the H1N1 vaccine and I don't want it. I already got the seasonal flu vaccine and now they want me to get this new vaccine. We were told by our CEO that if we choose to refuse the vaccine and our town or area has been determined to be suffering from an H1N1 epidemic then we may be asked to not work. How long are we to stay home? Probably until the situation clears up and everyone starts getting better. Who knows how long this could take? My point is I think the blood center is bullying me into getting this uncertain vaccine. I don't think it's right. What do you guys think? Is there a way for me to refuse the vaccine and not have to worry about maybe being asked to stay home because I didn't get the H1N1 flu shot?
