Is is tonsillitis? Please help!?

I am 21 and 3 days ago I started having a sore throat and stuffy nose, I thought it was allergies. Well my throat became worse and everytime I swallow it feels like razorblades. I have a constant headache, I can't eat, drink warm or cold, I have no appetite, pain and stiffness in shoulder abd neck, stuffy nose that hurts everytime I blow my nose. My tonsils are so red and swollen and they have white patches on them(tonsil stones I ume), I had blurriness, I can't sleep. I've tried taking aspirin, advil and nothing works. I've also tried tea, ice cream, salt and water gargle and Johnny will stop it. K also have a whiteish coating in my mouth when I wake up. I am dehyratef and have cracked lips. One of my tonsils started bleeding last night. I am pretty sure I have tonsillitis. Ive had strep throat and this is way worse. Wat do u guys think?
