What should a man where to R&B artists Maxwell concert?

I will be taking my girlfriend to the R&B artist Maxwell concert in Minneapolis, Mn. Oct 22nd, its gonna be in the evening, this month. I was planning to wear a pair of dark denim jeans, black shoes( possibly Clark wallabees ) black short sleeve polo (ralph lauren) and black leather jacket. I just wanted to know was this too under dressed for the type of crowd Maxwell will probably be entertaining. At the same time I dont wanna be to dressy with long sleeve dress shirts and slacks etc and be too over dressed. Or should I just wear what I'm comfortable in. Hey this is my first concert Ive been too also. All replies would be great thanks.
