My alloy head spark plug hole is severly cross threaded.can it be re threaded and if so how much would it cost

One thing everyone below did not mention. Where are the metal fillings going? .... Inside the engine. Then ultimately into your rod and main bearings. Then 1000s of dollars for repairs or a new engine. To do the job correctly remove the head and follow procedures as indicated in the other replies.
