Th sam houston tollway (beltway 8),westpark tollway,and the hardy toll road are also closed. both us 59,and US highway 90 are backed up for fifty miles or more. state highways 6,225,249,288, and 290 are impible as well. You are to find a safe route to a distance of 200 miles from the heart houston. The question is how would you escape without using any highways?
