Why was everyone saying the nfc, last season, was weak??????

The strongest single division, perhaps, was in the NFC (I'm an NFC fan, btw...New York Giants all the way)...but overall, there was greater parity in the AFC...the worst NFC teams really, and I mean really, stunk up the joint in nearly every possible category...all the stats you point out, with the exception of the 6 versus 7 five-plus wins, are pretty much for individual performers and teams, not for the conference as a whole. I wouldn't be surprised if it would have been an NFC team that won the Super Bowl, that people would have been saying the AFC was weak...frankly, IMO, stats are overrated, anyway...just because a team or conference doesn't have the best numbers doesn't mean they aren't entertaining, or play at least decent ball...
