Is there a place on university applications where I can indicate that I have a non-verbal learning disability?

At US schools, that's what the "Anything else you want to tell us?" essay section is for, though it's generally a good idea to provide official doentation of any medical issues. Contact the schools individually and find out how they'd like you to provide that.
