Need help with the name of an older song?

I heard a song the other day at an ice cream shop, but it was so loud I could only catch the chorus which went: ooo woah, woooah, wooooaaaahh-ohhh and it had an upbeat piano tune playing in the background. It was sung by a male band, definately an older band... it kind of reminded me of Electric Light Orchestra? I know that that's not a whole lot of information, but I'm dying to know the name of that song
