I started my first ever period on a school trip. The only chaperon was my male gym teacher. I tried bumming around for a pad, asking all the girls before I finally asked to go to the bathroom and shove toilet paper in my undies until I got home two hours later. I was humiliated because I was wearing a pair of really faded tight jeans. I think I just sat in the back seat with my bag on my lap the whole day.
